Can I share the data allocation between multiple devices?

Yes, absolutely! Your allocated data will be shared between all the devices you set up and can be managed per device or per user.

What is your refund policy?

We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our product, then simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase right away. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving customer. If you are not thrilled with the product or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy client.

Am I limited to what type of files I can back up?

No, you can backup up any type of file. We do however recommend to not backup a current PST or OST file. The reason for this is that the entire file will be backed up at each backup interval. If you don’t have an uncapped data package, this could cause your data to be depleted sooner than expected.

Can I upgrade after signing up?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. Please get in contact with our sales or support team, and they will assist in processing your upgrade. You will be invoiced for a pro-rata amount depending on what time of the month you sign up.

Can I restore individual files, or only the complete backup?

You will be able to restore individual files as needed, and will also be able to restore a previous revision of the file that was backed up. How far you are able to go back will depend on your backup frequency because only the last 10x revisions are kept.
